National Heart Foundation of Australia - Eat Smart Play Smart manual

The manual was developed by the NHFA in collaboration with the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, the Community Child Care Association and many Victorian Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs. The manual contains fun, healthy ideas that can be easily incorporated into OSHC programs. The goal is to encourage children to enjoy food preparation, healthy eating and physical activity on a daily basis. Sample pages can be seen here.
